FutureOS
A fragmented business. A more connected future.
Connecting sales, operations and finance, with demand planning that links the sales pipeline to production.
“They’ve helped us turn a pretty fragmented environment into something much more connected and scalable.”
Before the company brain, we built the foundations.
Our legacy work in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and data engineering still shapes how we solve problems today. These historical projects are the foundations of our work today.

Complex freight data. A clearer route forward.
The challenge
Freight analysis depended on complex relationships across databases. The team needed reliable data and a practical way to understand routes and carriers.
What we built
We consolidated data in a Microsoft Fabric lakehouse, modeled it with dbt and built a star schema to support Power BI analysis.
What changed
The model refreshed hourly, giving the team current information to support route planning and carrier management.
Biometric user-experience research generated eye-tracking and facial-expression data that had to be cleaned and reported through a complex set of spreadsheets.
What we built
We automated data cleaning and report generation in Power BI, with a reusable template that could work across clients and datasets.
What changed
Reporting became less labor-intensive, leaving more time for analysis. Interactive visualizations made the findings easier to explore and explain to clients.
One place for audits, budgets and client reporting.
The challenge
Audit findings, data capture and client reports lacked a central system, making estate-wide information harder to manage.
What we built
We built a tailored solution that centralized data collection and reporting with a clear interface for the surveyor’s clients.
What changed
The team could see budgets, identify roof-condition issues and consider cost savings by grouping remedial work. Pictorial summaries made estate-wide information more useful.
From monthly spreadsheets to a daily financial view.
The challenge
The business prepared Xero reports manually and wanted more frequent cost, sales and profit analysis, with room to create its own reports.
What we built
We connected Xero to a Fabric data lake, cleansed and modeled the data in a warehouse, and built Power BI reports with transaction-level profit-and-loss detail.
What changed
Leaders gained a daily view of performance, while super users could query the warehouse and extend the reporting themselves.
Weekly analysis depended on manually combining separate spreadsheets, making it difficult to explore performance more frequently.
What we built
We connected the data in one reporting model and built a Power BI dashboard with historical comparisons, store benchmarks and flexible period analysis.
What changed
The franchisee could compare performance across stores and time periods without first collating the underlying spreadsheets.
Turning extensive sales data into practical decisions.
The challenge
Sales leaders needed to understand revenue, profit, products and regional trends within a large, complex dataset.
What we built
We built a Power BI dashboard with product contribution analysis, rolling-quarter views, regional seasonality and dynamic revenue and profit comparisons.
What changed
The sales team could explore performance through a single interface and investigate the factors behind the results.
The legacy collection also includes statistical brand analysis for Lnet Digital’s biometric user-experience research. It sits alongside our work automating their reporting.
This project is listed in the original collection; the detailed article is currently unavailable.
Summaries drawn from our published legacy case studies. Clients are named where we can share their identity. Demonstration dashboards on the legacy website use illustrative data and branding.
