Most companies are about to discover their AI problem isn't capability — it's control. An agent that reads email can be hijacked by an email. A tool with standing access can expose whatever it touches. Governance is the difference between AI that demos well and AI you can run a business on.
So we treat it as an engineering discipline. Every control below is developed and tested in our own proving ground before it goes anywhere near a client system.
Every input screened
Agents obey what they read — so hidden instructions in a document or email are a real attack. We screen every request and everything an agent reads with dedicated injection classifiers, including Meta's Prompt Guard family.
Screening fails closed: if the classifier breaks, the agent stops.
No silent writes
Read-only actions run freely. Anything that changes data waits for a human to approve it. Tools we haven't classified are treated as writes by default.
Governed model access
Agents never hold provider keys. Every model call passes through a governed gateway with an explicit model allowlist and per-call cost visibility.
Every run traceable
Each agent run is traced end to end — which prompt version, which tools, what was blocked. Behaviour is inspectable, not anecdotal.
Tested like software
A golden set of scenarios — including injection attempts — runs against every prompt or model change. A regression blocks the change.
Grounded, not guessing
Agents answer from your data, with retrieved records used once and never written back into memory. No feedback loops, no drift.
Data governance · where your data lives
By default, we deploy to the big three clouds.
Your platform runs on Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or Amazon Web Services — in an account that belongs to you, in the region you choose. These three platforms hold the deepest independent security certifications in the industry, because the world's banks, hospitals and governments run on them and audit them constantly.
That's why we don't deploy anywhere else for now. A newer or cheaper host might work — but you'd be trusting our word for it. On the big three, you're standing on the same certified infrastructure as the most regulated companies on earth, and your data never leaves your own account.

We aim for near real-time across everything we build. Most setups run in batch — copied overnight — so the numbers you act on this morning describe yesterday. Fine for a weekly report. It breaks the moment AI is involved.
An agent reconciling your books or answering “what's our cash position right now” is only as good as its data. Feed it last night's snapshot and it's confidently wrong. Grounded AI has to be grounded in the present.
So as things happen — an order, a payment, a status change — they flow into your warehouse and turn queryable in seconds. We still batch where a source genuinely calls for it. But fresh is the default, not the exception.
